I just wanted you all to know how much I love and appreciate your comments!! I have read every single one and wish it were easier for me to comment right back! I think you are all so fantastic and your blogs are all SO adorable. Not even kidding. Thanks for the encouragement too, this challenge is a lot harder than I anticipated! Anyway, just wanted to thanks and say that I totally love you guys!
Smart New York Styles That Flatter Your Figure - 1934
From True Story Magazine, these were fully made dresses you could order all the way from New York. This group seems all about the collars, each one more fabulous than the last. And at prices ranging from $3.95 to $7.85 how could you go wrong?
Day 7- throwback to the 30's
Yes. It's a throwback to the 30's. I just HAD to throw it in! This is the hairstyle I used in "Annie" this past month. The show closed Friday- so sad. I thought in honor of the show, the people and the memories and everything else that's amazing about performing, I just had to put the hairstyle in my 30 days! Hope you like it!
Yes, those are fake eyelashes. I snapped these photos on my way out the door to go perform. So yes, those are fake eyelashes!
How did I make those? Knots my friends, knots! We'll learn a little bit about them later!
Ha. I just had to!! Oh I'm gonna miss it so much! I was the "Star -to-be". She's got this wicked awesome belty solo in NYC. Pretty fantastic. The song, I mean the song!
And here's the video- just in case!! I am going to start making videos of all the hairstyles. Because that's how much I love you!! And because I won't be doing this one for, um... awhile, I thought I'd just make the video in case. I'm sorry that it's really long and there really is no great place to take videos in my house. Too many mirrors and windows. So just bare with me!

When I think of the days I lost...
Please bear with me. I have had one sort of tech diaster after another, but now I have my new laptop, the electricity is working in the RV and soon I'll have the new scanner program under control. The good news is I have lots of new goodies to share, so stick around!
Day 6- the wedding bun
HA, so dramatic. I swear I'm not so serious. Such a poser. Ha! This one, I like to call the wedding bun... Yes, I did wear my hair like this to a wedding... hence the name... the wedding bun! ha ha! This is the EASIEST formal hairstyle I know. There are many other annoyingly beautiful formal hairstyles, but this one literally takes five minutes.
Remember day three? Well it's essentially the same thing, only with a bun at the bottom. You fold your hair over itself to get half of your hair up. Then you take the fold, using more hair, further down your head... with me so far? So in this picture, I've folded my hair over itself and secured it with bobby pins three times. Because that's how many folds it took me to get all my hair up from off my neck. After that you just wrap your hair in a bun and bobby pin it.
Here's the video! It's a three in one video. Goes over the fancy half up, the wedding bun and the fancy ponytail!

It's just a little 'like'!
Just real quick. I entered a contest for a free family photoshoot! Which we badly need. Brian doesn't like to spend money on photos... ha ha such a guy. Just doesn't understand. It's okay. We love him anyway! But if you guys have a second, or want to, you should go 'like' my picture so that I win! You totally don't have to. Just thought I'd let ya know!! Click here to 'like' it! And- while you're at it, you should join in the fun! Micah Folsom Photography- she's amazing, you guys should go check her out!

Day 5- the bubbly ponytail
Yes. Remember in fifth grade when this hairstyle was HUGE?! I remember doing it like, everyday! Whatever, it's still totally in. :-)
To get those big giant bubbles, you've really got to rat the crap out of it!!! Fasten the ponytail, then rat and fasten a bubble, then pull the bubble out until it's how you like it. Then continue on my friends! This takes seriously, five minutes max. Quick and easy! Looooove it!
So my little boy started walking today. Can you believe that? Holy crap, it's about time! He's over 15 months! He still prefers crawling, but he can totally walk! The play I'm in ends Friday... so sad. It'll be good to have my life back though! K, well I hope y'all {yeah I totally just y'all} have a great day! Much love!
