Day 30- the waterfall braid

The end has finally come.  I feel like there should be fireworks or something!!  Can you believe it's over?  I'm actually sad about it!  If you've loved following along, I would LOOOOVE if you would follow my blog!  It's eeasy peeasy.  Just click that button over there to your left!  It'll be your way of thanking me for all my hard work!  :-)  Plus, you don't want to miss out on whats to come!

With the last day here, we MUST welcome in one of my most favorite crafting sites.  Lovely Crafty Home.  You've heard of it, I'm sure.  Rachael is a DOLL you guys.  She is absolutely fantastic.  She has all these amazing tutorials on everything from home decor and home improvement to furniture help and entertaining ideas!  This hanging wall planter made out of burlap, AH it's to die for.  What a perfect activity to ring in the summer!  Anyway, check her out here.  And find out about the awesome competition she's in, here!  You'll die, it's so fabulous!

So I have saved my most favorite hair style for last.  I know I always say, "this is my go-to hairstyle".  But ladies, this really is my go-to hairstyle.  This hairstyle is safe for me because it gets the hair mostly out of my face, my hair can be dirty or clean, and I know that it will always work.  Sometimes a style won't work if you're having a bad hair day, or if your hair is too clean or dirty!  But this one.  It works.  Every time.  And I love it.  And I hope you guys love it too!!

Do you love it?!!  You should see what it looks like with the hair curled!

There has been interest in an Ebook.  And for those of you who don't know, an ebook is a digital book!  It would be a book you would download and print off at home.  I started compiling it yesterday.  I hope to have it out relatively soon, but keep in mind I have to go all the way back to style one and instead of taking video, I now need to take pictures of the step by step instructions!  So be patient my friends!  It won't be exactly free, probably somewhere around ten bucks.  And it will have a bunch of shorter styles in it, and a few bonus hairstyles!  And I would hope that you've loved the 30 hairstyles so much you'll know you just can't live without it!  But don't worry, you'll always have the videos I made for you!

Speaking of which!

Day 29- Twist{ies}!

Guys.  I'm late to my cake class.  It's the fondant and gum paste class at Hobby Lobby.  You know the one?  Well I am such a great baker, I thought I would just go to brush up on some skills......  Hahahahaha
Seriously, I am probably the WORST baker in the entire world.  All my cakes look awful.  They sink in the middle, the cake gets all over the frosting... and on and on.  So basically what I'm getting at is I shouldn't be late to my cake class.  Because I need all the help I can get!

Have you guys ever seen this hairstyle before?  I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I invented it.  Like, no one in the history of hairstyles has EVER worn this hairstyle.  Yeah, that's right.  I said it!!

ALSO.  Who would be interested in an Ebook?  Say I put together a little book with the 30 hairstyles and step by step picture instructions... and threw in a few more + short hairstyles?  Maybe sold it here for ten bucks?  Would that be something anyone would want?  Just curious.  K love you!

How Great Thou Art

I just HAD to share this. I am struck by the spirit I feel when I hear this song. Those celebrities, religious or not, are visibly moved by this performance. The Savior lives. You can feel it in your heart. I know He knows me, loves me, and is mindful of me. He knows my thoughts, my needs and my heart. I know He will come again.

Film Noir Sweater Girls - 1946

Talk about drama! These 1946 sweaters are all modeled by serious gals with shadows and dim lighting...very stylish, but a bit hard to see what you were suppose to knit. But I suspect they were all starlets trying out for film noir roles as gun molls.

"A United Staes War message prepared by the War Advertising Council; approved by the Office of War Information; and contributed by the Magazine Publishers of America"

An internet blocker has foiled my plans!

Guys. I'm on vacation at the in-laws house. It's my favorite place to go because they are my favorite. Seriously. Jacki, brian's momma, is one of my best friends. I don't know how I got so lucky. Anyway, I was planning on getting my hair posts done out here... and well, it's not looking good folks. They have an internet blocker and it's blocking blogger because it's a social networking site! I'm on my iPhone right now. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but no one can remember the password to over ride it!! So I'm forced to take a break!! Sooooo sorry! And not my fault!

Keep emailing me your pictures and entering the giveaway. Because until further notice, you'll have until Tuesday! Love you guys! Take care and have a safe weekend!
