American Motherhood Magazine Fashions from 1919

OK, sorry about that. Just as I was back in the blogging swing of things a family issue took me away. But now everything is peachy and I'm happy to start showing you treasures again.
 Let's start with some patterns featured in American Motherhood Magazine, September, 1919. These were mailed out when you sent 10¢. Chances are they were sent from a central clearing house and you could have ordered these same patterns from several magazines. But wherever you got them they were wonderful. 

Valentines Day Must Haves!

Valentines Day is just around the corner so I thought i'd come up with some of the fashion and beauty must haves needed on this special day. These items can be given to a partner, family, friends or even gifted to yourself as a special treat! I think its important to cherish and love ourselves everyday because we are all worth it. Although Valentines Day isn't really a holiday I think the hype of this day should be used to spread sweet positive messages to one another and to nurture ourselves as if we were the most precious thing in the world.

So use valentines day to give yourself some extra tender loving care and spoil your style with some awesome gifts!!
